About us

Our service

We provide mobile ear wax removal by microsuction and water irrigation, and ear health checks, in the comfort of your own home. We are not a substitute for your GP or audiologist. We do not diagnose medical conditions — if your symptoms suggest something other than wax, we will recommend you see your GP.

Booking, prices and payment

• Ear wax removal is £70 for one or both ears. If no wax needs removing, it is £30 for the ear-health check.
• Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes. There are no hidden fees.
• Payment is taken on the day of your appointment. We do not take payment online.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or rearrange, please let us know as early as you can by calling or texting 07539 663189 so we can offer the slot to someone else.

Preparing for your appointment

For the best results we recommend softening the wax with olive oil or Earol spray for a few days beforehand. Please tell us about any relevant medical history (for example ear surgery, a perforated eardrum, or an infection) so we can keep you safe.
